Issue while installing timescaledb 2.15.3 on postgres v13.18 in a windows machine

I have installed timescaledb 2.15.3 on postgres 13.18, but I keep getting the error,
ERROR: could not load library “C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/13/lib/timescaledb-2.15.3.dll” : The specified module could not be found.

Can anyone help me resolve this issue.Thanks in Advance.
