If can use postgresql logical replication to upgrade postgresql and timescaledb together

We have pg14 timescaledb 2.14.2 databases want to use logical replication to do the upgrade, if logical replication to pg16 timescaledb 2.16.1 okay? (pg version upgraded, timescaledb upgraded)

This is the way to go. Just give a try on a staging environment to make sure it works as expected before you go into production.
