Clarify pg_dumpall with TimescaleDB dump/restore

Hello,

I have several TimeScale DB instances on the same PG server.

Is there any recommendation on how to use pg_dumpall to make a logical backup? It appears the thread to provide guidance on this went stale and it was never done
